Marilyn white
Marilyn joined Commons in 2023 as a paralegal. She provides litigation support to our lawyers and is an experienced Police Station Representative, having achieved full accreditation in 2018.
Before joining Commons, Marilyn managed fundraising and compliance for Superkidz Community Trust, a grassroots charity striving to divert at-risk children and young people from the criminal justice system.
Marilyn has also worked as a criminal defence paralegal with an established high-street firm and has hands-on youth work experience supporting young offenders, ex-young offenders and gang members. Her voluntary experience includes roles supporting lawyers at Cambridge House Law Centre and at Amnesty International.
Marilyn holds a 1st Class BA (hons) degree in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Warwick and earned her Graduate Diploma in Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law.
